If you’re a little late to your vein treatment, don’t worry. We will do our best to still see you during your appointment slot. However, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we will need to delay your appointment to respect the time slots of our other patients.
If you are going to be late, please call us. When we have advance notice that you will be late, we can better accommodate you and our other patients. We may be able to see other patients early and ensure you still get treatment.
For similar reasons, we do enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. We would like to know in advance if you’re not able to make your appointment time. The more notice we receive for cancellations, the better service we can provide to every Medicus Vein Care patient.
