Steven Tidwell, M.D., of Medicus Veincare is a board certified vascular and interventional radiologist, fellowship trained at Boston University. As an experienced endovascular specialist, Dr. Tidwell combines the latest technology available with his years of vascular experience to create a result that stands the test of time.

Dr. Tidwell is certified with The American Board of Radiology and is also a member of the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, American Professional Practice Association, American College of Phlebology and the Society of Interventional Radiology.

He is experienced in image-guided minimally-invasive procedures from angioplasty to aortic stent graft placement. Dr. Tidwell is also the Director of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at a local hospital.

Medicus Veincare is proud to introduce Heidi Garguilo, MSN, ARNP-BC as our Endovascular Surgical Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Garguilo holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) through the University of Florida. Ms. Garguilo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.

Previous to her association with Medicus, she had responsibilities of diagnosis, treatment and management of general, vascular and bariatric patients in an acute care setting. Ms. Garguilo is also an experienced endovascular procedures nurse.
